The SF Slipformer for foundation piles can produce elements in various sizes up to 400 x 400 mm depending on market requirements.

In order to achieve a high degree of production flexibility the universal frame can be used, not only with the foundation pile insert but with other forming inserts to produce other products.
To switch from the production of a measurement of pile from foundation to another just change the plug forming the desired product.
Changing production from one element to another is a quick and simple operation and does not require the use of skilled labour.

The Forming Insert is equipped with two concrete feeders (one front and one rear) to ensure the correct supply of concrete during element casting.

The size of the foundation pile, as well as the type of stressing cable can be chosen depending on market requirements and the element specification required.
The foundation piles can be produced with prestressed cables or with steel reinforcement according to market requirements.

The mechanical, hydraulic and electrical connections between the power unit and the forming inserts are by means of quick couplings to minimize downtime time when changing from one product to another.
